Living a Healthy Lifestyle was started by husband and wife duo Mark and Natasha Lee-Falcon. Both are invested in health and fitness and are looking to bring this interest and passion to their readers.
Mark is a qualified personal trainer as well as a badminton coach and spends his spare time helping others train and teaching them the best ways to get fitter. His favourite sports are badminton, football, squash and table tennis. As well as fitness, Mark has spent the past few years writing for Seen in the City magazine, focusing on the areas of fitness and food. Through Living a Healthy Lifestyle he hopes to further refine and hone in on these niches to provide dedicated support, tips and advice to readers.
Natasha has been a writer for over ten years and is looking to couple her flair for writing with her passion for health and fitness. Her favourite activities are yoga, body pump, circuit classes and swimming and she loves nothing more than heading off to a yoga retreat for a weekend! Natasha also has a real love for cooking and can often be found whipping up a new recipe in the kitchen, hoping to prove that healthy food doesn’t need to be dull!
